A reservation was made by [redacted] ( [redacted] ) phone, Back in Aug for the chalet then in Jan change to a 2BR cabin He is a repeated guest He informed me that the full amount would be paid in the Spring and the check would have the name on it [redacted] which is the women filling a complaint.I told her that [redacted] would have to be the one to cancel the reservation since he was the one to made it and then I would be happy to return the depsoit [redacted] called me to say that he worked for her and this was a part of his payment.I be happy to return the money but to whom does it belong to I have never delt with this women before until she canceled the reservation and used the term we can not make the trip[redacted] call me and said he was not cancelling but wanted to keep his reservation He said she owed him money so asked her to write the check Since than they have broken up the business partnership and has left him un paid.so what do you suggest I do in this case.thanks, [redacted] I can forward you her emails

The business transaction with Flander's Bay has nothing to do with anything accept the roomThis payment was not to *** for any work and in no way would work done or not done have anything to do with them or put them in a position to be custodian of any such agreementDoes Flander's Bay have any agreement from me, between me and ***, any consideration from *** to hold his reservation or anything else to do with anything outside of reservations and cancellations? No they don'tThey have a cancellation request in writing from the person who did pay the bill, as per their policy and plenty of time to re-sell the cabin or extend credit terms to *** for HIM to reserve this week I have a confirmation email from *** that she would issue me a refund, then she changed her mindI can provide a copy of the cancelled checkA receipt with *** and my name on it, and all of my email correspondence to *** about this matterI would like my refund mailed back to me, *** *** as I do not owe *** anything and have no agreement with anyone about such a matter

the reservation was in *** 's name and I was told by him it would be paid by a check By another persons name, for *** 's vacation It was for payment for work he had done for her I never had any contact with *** until a few days ago when she cancell his vacation This may have lead to the confusion of the payment process dealing with different people and their expectations on responsibility of payment.I will refund *** deposit back as it is within the cancelation time frame.I wish the best for them in the future.***
