salon shop that afternoon or the next afternoon so that we can fix it. We had agree that she will bring her daughter the afternoon of the [redacted] or [redacted]. She never showed up and made no attempt to contact me to let me know that she could not make it. On October **, 2015, the client called me and asked if she could come in and get her nails done for free. I asked her if she still had any acrylic tip left on her nails. She told me that she took it off. I told her that due to the delay, I would have to charge her half price. I explained to her that if she had had any problem making the previous appointment we could have reschedule it if some communication was done. I believe that with any business, timeliness is important. I do not really know what action is right to take in this matter. I have a business to maintain and I want to keep my client happy.
