Flansburgh Custom Homes, Inc. Reviews (1)
After the March hailstorm, I realized my home had incurred several different types of damages. I also realized I did not have the expertise to coordinate, choose vendors, and estimate repairs needed for the home. I called [redacted] Flansburgh for help, as my former home was built by him and it was solid and in good taste. [redacted] told me he would walk around with my USAA storm assessment professional to see what was needed. They found damages in addition to the ones I found, and [redacted] worked with the estimator to survey the damages. I needed repairs or replacement for the windows, the roof, gutters, my sun setter awning, the roof of the shed, the siding, and the copper parts of the roof. When we received the estimate from the appraiser, [redacted] and I talked it over and he began coordinating the repairs. He has done a stellar job in selecting good contractors and overseeing all the repairs/replacements. He has communicated with the insurance company when the siding was left off the original appraisal, and the siding will now be replaced. I felt the entire time he had my budget and my best interest as his top priorities and the repairs to my home show his diligence. He communicated every job with me and reported every variance from plan. He worked on the budget we had from the insurance company and recruited the right people to do the repairs. I am well pleased with his work and would not hesitate to have him do similar work in the future. I would also trust him to build a new home for me should I decide to build one. I know I would have had many many problems had I chosen another contractor (I have worked with some I would not work with again) or failed to include [redacted] on every [redacted] of the repairs/replacements. His professionalism shows in the beautiful job he did with my repairs and his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
