We have been to The *** home many times trying to make her happy , she is a unreasonable and delusional personWe installed a deck to state and town codes and workmanship wise it is perfect.We have explained to her Dozens of times that we did not make the decking
boards if there is a problem with the boards we need to take it up with the manufacturerWhich we did and they are in the loopShe was told by the manufacturer representative ( which also came to her house to wait days and the boards will be a consistent color it has been about daysBut once again this is a product problem not a workmanship problem which she is just not understanding.WE have been building decks for years with none or very little complaints she just doesn't get that we do not guarantee the products we install

As you can tell by the business' response, which is inappropriate and slanderous of my character, it does not resolve any issues and proves their unwillingness to fix the problemWe were given a date of September *** from Tamko for the boards to fade and that date has passedThey never agreed to fix the deck and have still not agreed to fix the deckI'm unsure that they will replace the boards because they did not send the material directly to Decks UniqueAlso the business is correct that I do not understand how they don't think that this is their problemI bought a deck from Decks UniqueI did not buy the materials from Tamko and then have Decks Unique install themAlso I have Tamko's instructions in front of me they are as follows: Layout and view all boards prior to cutting and fastening to insure the desired look is achievedDiscuss any desired material changes, including color issues, with the supplier prior to cutting or fastening the deck to the structureThe company installed these boards and then washed down our deck before us walking on itWe were unable to see the color discrepancy until laterI'm pretty sure we should not even be dealing with the manufacturer since we paid Decks Unique but they have never tried to help usWe had to ask Decks Unique for the manufacturer's contact information and contacted them ourselves before Decks uniqueWe wanted someone from the company to come and see the deck because the colors were so different and because Decks Unique refused to come and lookDecks Unique only came to our house to fix the problems with instillationAnd they weren't here many timesThey came once and the man was unprepared to fix it and then another two men came back weeks later and fixed the boards that had not been nailed down and placed a support beam so the boards could be nailed down to somethingI am stating the facts and that is allI even attached a couple of photos to show the extent of color discrepancy that even Tamko and their own workers agreed to be undesirableThe deck was not donated, we paid for this deck and we want what we paid for
