Terrible customer serviceContacted Trisha, who is the office manager and wife of the owner and asked for an estimate for tree removalI advised her that this tree was involved in a property damage suit with a property management company and asked if there was any conflict of interest with them giving me an estimateShe advised that no conflict existed She advised that an employee would call back and schedule a time for the estimateNo call back was received I called them back two separate times to try and schedule estimate appointmentsFinally, I spoke to Mark who is the owner, and he advised that he would come out the following day to give an estimateHe called in the morning to advise that he was running late and that he would be out early in the afternoon to give an estimateHe never called back and never showed upAfter a final follow up call from me, Mark advised that the reason that he didn't show up was because there was a conflict of interestHe just lacked the professionalism to call me and tell me thisinstead he chose to just not show up My recommendation...look for someone else for your tree service needs
Tried for month to work with this company to have stumps removedThey don't return phone calls when they say they willThey don't keep appointments when and if you can make oneThey are I guess to busy to provide any kind of customer servicerude people I will never call them again and will never recommend to anyone
This tree service firm recently removed a very large pine tree and trimmed five other trees on my property They faced quite a challenge to remove the large (4-foot diameter trunk; approx70-foot-high) dying pine tree in my backyard This was a difficult treeIt overhung a neighbor's pool enclosure and another neighbor's yard The tree service had to cut a 130-foot access road through smaller trees & bushes to get to the tree which was in a far corner of my lot The tree came down safely and was hauled away in pieces The other trees that they trimmed look great The whole job took four full days They came when they said they would, and they worked steadily on the job until it was done The crew, under the leadership of Pete (the estimator & foreman), was professional and courteous Pete was on the job every day At the end of every day, and at the conclusion of the job, they cleaned up the work area nicely I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work that was done If I need future tree work on my property, I will certainly hire them again If my neighbors ask for a tree service recommendation, I will recommend them
