I ordered a free trial sample of two Vskin products for approximately $9, which covered shipping and handling. I was charged almost $300 Cdn within 14 days. After a number of phone calls and emails they will refund 50% only but refuse to give me a full refund whether I return the product or not. They told me the conditions were cleared when I ordered it. I told them I had been all over their website and there was nothing about being charged for the product within 14 days or the cost of the product. When she directed me to the website she actually gave me a different URL where the letters were switched making it: vksin.com rather than the main website: vskinactive.org. On this fake site it has details about the condition of the trial sample. [redacted].
