As always Flash Lube LLC's top priority is providing the best service to our customersWe have video recording for everything we doThe customer in this complaint on 07/02/was informed by both the cashier and the mechanic that the price for the service he was requesting was different for his vehiclePrices listed are for most cars, as was explained to him on numerous occasions, and prices may vary depending on the make, model and year of the vehicle due to manufacturer's recommendations (oil required to be used by car, for example)This customer stated that this was said to him after the services were started, but that is certainly not true as several witnesses both standing by the mechanic and those several customers waiting for their vehicles to be completed can attest toMany offered to testify as to everything that happened during their stay at Flash Lube as well after the customer threatened both the cashier and the mechanic by stating that he would write a bad business review on numerous social media websites if what he wanted was not doneAs customer service is our top priority, both the mechanic and the cashier offered to provide a substantial discount to the customerThis customer still refused any discounts because he wanted the base priceThe cashier informed the customer that he did not have to proceed with any services, as they were not started yet, if he did not agree with the prices, but the customer still proceeded to inform the mechanic to proceed with servicesAfter the services were completed, the customer came into the waiting area and continued to harass the cashier, calling her names, taking her picture without her consent, speaking loudly in her face so menacingly that the customers in the waiting area, started telling him to "calm down" and "you don't need to be disrespectful to someone trying to help you." In the end, the frazzled cashier charged the customer base prices of all the services that he requested despite being those prices not being the correct prices for the services requested for his vehicle because of all the commotion that he and his friend caused
