Ordered a pizza on 10/2/16 at 5:15 about 6:30 called to check and see how much longer would have to wait for pizza. When I called the first time I was placed on hold for 15 min hung up and called back only to be left on hold this time for 32 minutes a young lady picked up and said hold on and was placed on hold another 3 minutes. My husband then called and they picked up immediately he began ti explain the situation the team leader then got on the phone and said that he was very sorry for the inconvenience but the they had a new driver that got lost. But he was wiling to remake our pizza and charge us $15 instead of us paying the $27. When arrival to the store location I let them know I was picking up the the pizza the lady at the desk (Tiana) said there was no order b that last night I notified her that I had just spoke with the manager. She then brought the pizza to me. While expressing my frustration another young lady (Quisha) came around the corner to figure out what was going on advised tiana that I needed wither corporate or the managers number Quisha said that if I wanted the number I had to go on the website I expressed that I want able to lcoate it and I needed someone from that store location to provide it. Nisha began to get load and stated that " If I wanted the number then I needed to look online and get it myself" I expressed that after all I had been through I was not going to retrieve someone from the store was . She expressed that I needed to get out of the store because they were behind on the orders. I then expressed that as a paying customer she was not gong to speak to me like that and I was going to report this location for rudeness and unorganized. She kept yelling so I asked Tiana what was her name and Tiana then lied and gave me a false name another associate from the store gave the name of the young lady which happened to be quisha. I would like an apology for the disrespect & inconvenience
