Review: They failed to provide me with a picture I purchased for my daughter's graduation. I have made approx. 10 phone calls and nothing gets resolved.

In May 2013 I called Flashback Photography responding to an advertisement that came in my daughter's graduation packet. I purchased the email photograph of the moment my daughter was receiving her diploma. The advertisement states that within 48 hours of the graduation the photo will be emailed. A week after graduation I still didn't have anything. I called and spoke to a girl and she stated [redacted] handles that and she's out sick for a couple of weeks. I waited and called again. I left a message for [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX. All I ever get is a voicemail. I left several messages. One day [redacted] called me and I missed her phone call, she left me a message stating she had emailed the picture to [redacted]@comcast.net. My email is [redacted]@comcast.net. I called back as soon as I heard the message and again I got a voicemail. I left a detailed message that the had the wrong email address and I slowly and clearly repeated my correct email address twice and left my phone number for them to call me if they had any questions. They have never called me again, I have called several times since then and I advised them my next move would be to call the Revdex.com, as I didn't know what else to do to get the picture that I have already paid for. They still have not called back. I made one more attempt to call today, and again all I got was the voice mail. Desired Settlement: I want my picture.
