We were a customer for over yearsThe service and follow up is non-existentThey literally refused to return a phone call or emailEven when our site was not working! None of there voice mailboxes will allow a message, all are fullWe made payments every month automatically, and honestly were grossly over paying compared to other hosting companies out thereFinally after months of not having a site that even worked anymore, we cancelled the bankcard that we were making monthly payments on thru auto pay! Guess what!? the owner Finally called us! These were after hour voicemail messages asking for more payments! I called back during regular hours and left messages on any mailbox that wasn't "full"Sent numerous email messages, explaining the ridiculous circumstancesWe even offered to give them one more chance if they could just fix the issues and promise to return our calls going forward! NO response! Please be aware of this extremely unethical company that is run be truly dishonest peopleKEEP LOOKING!!!

Our eCommerce site provided by Flashecom is consistently down/off line and when up more than half of the functions no longer workWe pay a monthly fee and have as of this date not missed a payment Phone calls go to voice mail and remain unanswered, email also goes unansweredThe owners personal cell phone no longer has voice mail and is never answeredWe have many years of our bank customer(s) confidential data on the site that we need to recover
