Review: I registered withthe company and paid for service roughly six months ago. the service worked fine at the time. the payment imade was snough to use the (phone [redacted]ing) service twice. so I purchased a new phone recently and decided to use the service again. now I am unable to log into my account and have verified myusername and changed my password 3 times through the automated support online. I have tried to reach live support numerous times and every time the message will incremently tell me my hold time has gone from approxiately one minute all the way to nine aat which point the service automaticaly hangs up on me.I have sent two or three emails to their support even going as far as calling the company that designed their support software ([redacted]) to see if they were able to help. All to no avail, also a second account was created and charged to my credit card while this has all been going onDesired Settlement: I would like the entierty of my money back ($40.00) and would request the ability to access the service to finish the software change ([redacted]) to my personal phone

Review: purchased credits for phone flashing twice now and have not received the credits

I have tried to contact them with number listed busy or disconnected

I have tried to email and they are returned

I have [redacted] the company and came across a few different numbers no answer or disconnected and even the [redacted] page ive reached out to them as well

im currently in a process to get my money returned by [redacted]

I just wanted my flashing credits but if the service or company is not in operation any longer than it should not be a working siteDesired Settlement: I would like my money back but also I would like my flashing credit
