This company had a free flashlight advertised and at the time that I purchased it was pay shipping only which was $Now I just got charged $to my debit cardThere was no small print saying to cancel or anything at that time which was weeks ago, now when I access their actual website it states if you don't cancel membership within days you get charged'?? How is purchasing a flashlight obtaining a membership'?

This company advertised a free Tactical Flashlight for paying a shipping charge of $ However, later I was billed an additional $ I went back an checked their website and found that in the small print it stated that if the flashlight was not returned withing days, the credit card would be billed an additional $ I contact another firm that sells this type of flashlight, Flashlights Unlimited at 912-999-(noon to midnight) and was told that they receive to calls per day on the company with people very upset about the charge Also that the company is located in Lakeland, Fl with only an apartment number and can only be reached through a call center
This is definitely not a legitimate company and should be noted as such

This company send me a flashlight for $and charged me and then will charged me an additional $as a reoccurring bill which I did not authorize Tried to call them and phone is discontected so I can return the flashlight This is a scam since I now have no way of contacting themIf you have heard of this business please contact meI was unaware of this reoccurring fee
since I completed a survey and received it for doing the survey And now the card company I have with Barclaycard will not discontinue the fee because I have a contract with the vendor and the vendor must discontinue the contract and not the owner of the card which is me Please help I don't know what to do

I also was scammed by this company FLASHLIGHTUNLIMITED and was not successful in contacting them, I filed a dispute with my credit card company who is now in the process of trying to work this issue through for me I decided to call the number listed (863) 333-and was able to get ahold of a customer service agent and she informed me to send back the flashlight to the following address marked as "Refund", the address is Frontage Road North, Lakeland, FL I don't know if anyone else was given this address, but I will be sending this flashlight back ASAP in order to get the $removed from my credit card bill

I was billed $on a credit card but never mare a purchaseI never heard of this company until the billing appeared
