I am replying to a letter you sent to us here at Flatout...
Motorcycles, 8118 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN, 46219. A customer by the name of [redacted] has filed a complaint on us and I would like to tell you our side of the story.
[redacted] called and set up a deal where he would fly into town and purchase the bike and ride back to Florida. He saw pictures online and proceeded to ask for a video of the bike so he could see a live feed of the bike. So we did and he said everything was a go and he flew up did the deal inspected the bike and took possession without any of his concerns voiced at that time. He keeps saying the bike had "Chrome rear floor boards" on it. The video and when he took possession of the bike it has the ones on it he has. He thinks he got cheated. But he saw the video and I double checked it and the ones in the video are on the bike and he inspected the bike and took possession. Used bikes are not etched in stone as far as the accessories that come on them. Sometime deals are worked where a part may be switched. It's the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the bike to voice there concerns. At no time did he ever bring that to my attention.
