Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever worked with. First he did the math wrong after measuring our roof and put the wrong estimated price on our quote. Then called us AFTER beginning to tear off our roof to say that it was going to be more and that WE should have noticed the error. Did a terrible clean up job, tons of nails left around the perimeter of the house. We had to spend two hours cleaning up after them. Two weeks later we got a notice from the contractor supply store saying they were owed $2000 by the contractor and if they didn't get paid they were going to put a lien on our house. Right before we were going to put the house on the market. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with. DO NOT support this contractor.
Our experience with Art Melick Roofing / Flat Roof Specialist was very positive. They were professional and courteous when coming to our house to give us a quote, and provided us with samples of the IB Systems roofing material. I'm very impressed by the finished roof, and after three rain storms, no more leaks! Thank you Art for a wonderful job!
