On Sept 25, 2018, this company installed a new gallon water heater for me in Issaquah, WA Shortly thereafter my tenant complained that the hot water would only get them through shower before it would run out He contacted the company and the company suggested the kitchen faucet may be the problem While this made no sense to me, I went ahead and had a new kitchen sink faucet installed There was no change in the production of hot water On 11/1/I sent MsMisty M [redacted] a message through the Revdex.com web site about the issue and requested that she contact my tenant and arrange to have the issue corrected I have not received a response, nor has my tenant been contacted by the company to resolve the situation There is still a hot water deficiency problem that the company needs to resolve

Innovative damaged our floorWe notified them immediately, provided photos, the damage was confirmed by a contractor they sent outThe damage occurred on 8-18-and to date (11-11-18) we have had no response from Innovative re their plan/intention to address the damage they caused, despite our regular follow up attempts and our requests that they at least acknowledge our communications This relates to work they did at our home on Aug18, We hired them to replace the wax rings in toiletsAfter unseating the 2nd toilet they correctly identified a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed before the 2nd toilet was re-seated, so their work was haltedThat same day, what initially appeared to be careless clean up by Innovative was revealed to be *permanent [redacted] damage done to our bathroom floor from an unknown substance splashed by the plumberWe notified Innovative that day, Aug18, and have been following up regularly sinceThey did send a contractor out a month later

We paid Innovative Plumbing Solutions $1,on January 19, and the job was not complete until May for a 34sqftbathroomI have notes starting 2/1/when their plumber split black plumbers glue on our new flooring in the bathroom which also splatter up on our new white marble vanityThe plumber was cussing and talking to himself In an effort to clean it up he walked through the living room out the front door They did replace the flooring in the bathroom but not the living room(because they said they could not find a match and told me Home Depot didn’t carry it anymore) and one of their people tried to scrape it up when he assess the damage I had called numerous times with “we’ll take care of it” by Tyler their ops managerThey did replace the front door [redacted] and white vanity(Took months)The reality was poor customer service with me always making the first call complaining I had told them early on I would report them to the Revdex.comThis project took months t

We lost hot water on Thursday, May On Friday, May 19, I called several plumbers/water tank service providers to get someone to fix our problemSince the businesses I had contacted did not have appointments available until Monday or Tuesday of the following week, I submitted information via the website HomeAdvisor to get some referrals and got a call from Innovative Plumbing SolutionsI spoke with Maria and Chris, who said they could get someone out to see about the water tank in the afternoonDaniel arrived at around pmHe tested the electricity flow to the tank and checked out our electric panelHe said the electric part of the tank was fine and that we had two options: He could change the heating element in the tank for approximately $or he could replace the tank for 1,After a brief discussion, my husband and I decided to replace the tank since it was years old and one of the companies I had contacted earlier said they do not service tanks older than year

Innovative plumbing solution company got called by my next door neighbor to fix their water leakcompany comes out dig my service water meter line thinking it is the one they are called to dowater service was shut offThen I approached the plumber, he told me that even though we dug it by mistake , you had a leak and since it is unfix able it would cost you plus taxi simply said, no I had no leak because my bill dose not reflect it my bill was $460- $consistent with the trend that I have been payingfinally he decided to fix it after I became firm with him that I had no problem with my line so I will not pay you to fix this Forward, months later I receive a not from the city saying my bill is extremely high and I may have a leak with a bill of $i called the plumbing company told them the situation days later they give me an appointment time 10am-12pm , no one showed uplater after pm I get a phone call from the plumber to verify my meter, I told him

The plumbing company installed a grinder pump incorrectlyI paid them $I've called and emailed them several timesThey even admitted they owe me money but won't reimburse meI have proof from another plumbing company that it wasn't installed correctlyThe other company installed it as a temporary fixMy whole house depends on that pumpIt cost me an additional $for the temp fixI want all my money back from innovative plumbingThey've quit commuting with me even after I told them I'd file a complaintThey left my property without the pump running after they were supposed to install it a second time after a problemI had to call an electrician to get it runningThat cost my an additional $

As of yesterday I still had not heard back from South West Plumbing and still had no heatI made phones calls to the manager "Dave" in two days with all those calls going unanswered
If it wasn't for the kind men at Innovative Plumbing Solutions who saw my rant on FB and reached out, I would still be without heatIt took Innovative Plumbing only hours to get the part and install it, call an electrician and have the new pump wiredThis had taken South West Plumbing days to even figure out what part to get
I did finally talk to the manager "Dave" at South West (after I called AGAIN) he was most unhelpful and very arrogantMy biggest concern was the fact that they had no record of anyone making a service call to my house on Tuesday eveningTwo men were in this house alone with me and South West had no idea who was hereUmmmm??? Seriously? Luckily I had the number the man called me from, so I was able to figure out who it wasHe had given me no paperwork no business card, no nothingCome to find out I was lied to by the man that was hereHe said he was sent the wrong part on Wednesday but really turns out "Dave" the manager said that the service guy lied and should of just told you he didn't come to work on WednesdayWho runs a business this way? South West Plumbing get your act together! Friends and family stay away!!!!!!
Bottom line, I just want to say thank you to Innovative Plumbing Solutions for their kindness and willingness to get me warmThey made it quick and painless for meYou guys rock and I am very gratefulthank you, thank you, thank youMy warm toes and fingers thank you! you have wonderful people that get the job done

Well, if I ever have a plumbing issue in the future, I know who I am calling! My experience started with my garbage disposal taking a turn for the worst, leaking water everywhere I called Innovative and reached a polite and efficient customer service representative who was able to get me scheduled for same-day service I got a call mid-day that let me know that Richie would be my serviceman, and he was even able to come by early! Richie Rarrived, and he was a hero for a day! He got right to work looking for the problem, found it, let me know all of the possibilities before he did any work - total transparency! He took my disposal off, showed me the damage and provided me with my options - and they were all affordable! He installed my new disposal, on the spot, took away the old one, and cleaned up any spot of evidence that there was ever a problem - All in about an hour!
Innovative Plumbing, you really found a gem in Richie As a first time home owner, just experiencing all of the things that can happen around the house, this experience made it easy to stay calm, and know that I was in good hands
You have a customer for life (though, fingers crossed, not a regular one!)
