Review: On Tuesday June 10th 11:30 AM I purchased a used mp3 player for $25.00 that appeared to work at the time of purchase but after I tried a few times to install mp3's (songs) files were suddelldy becoming corrupted but then MP3 player seemed ok until I got home and tried to turn the mp3 player on screen image froze and even the reset button did nothing to fix the problem. I went back to the Flathead Industries Thrift store to ask for a refund and I was told that a manager had to be telephone up first, so I left store and came back about an hour and a half later and was told that the store managers had discussed the matter yesterday that they would not give a refund and I asked the lady who told me this that it was not discussed with me and she replied: Are you trying to start an augment with me? And I replied no, just no on manager discussed any such decision with me. Most thrift stores will at least give the purchased price store credit but not Flathead Industries Thrift Store they are more interested in customers money and in the customers satisfaction. So I am stuck with a mp3 player that has a failed storage drive and I am by no means a novice when it comes to woking on computers and mp3 players as I have had quite a few.Desired Settlement: I would simply like for the store to give me a refund for the purchased price which is $25.00 because if you bought even a used car and it stopped running the day after the sale a refund would be exspected and there is no difference for used electronic appliances. Thank You
