Review: I made a product purchase on the internet with Flatlands Discount in Brooklyn, NY on May *, 2013 for $186.06. ( Order #[redacted]) My credit card was charged immediately. It is now June *, 2013, and the product has not been delivered. In the last two weeks, I have called and left messages three times and also emailed three times. NO ONE has contacted me back.Desired Settlement: I want the order CANCELLED and the credit card charge of $186.06 REFUNDED. I have just noticed that other consumers have made the same complaints. This company needs to be investigated.
