Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, the manager never allowed me an early move- out option. What happened was a case of fraudulent practice by Flats on 12 management when they deliberately falsified and altered my lease contract from three months to 15 months. I signed a Lease Contract on June 5th 2015 and the Lease contract took effect from May 16, 2015 and ended August 15, 2015. Which means Flats on 12 management went to alter the end of the lease to read, August 15, 2016 using a pen. And on no time did Flats on 12 management and its representatives tell me or discuss with me about alteration or change of my lease contract or change or alteration of the date of my lease contract and I have never agreed with them verbally or in writing or by any other means to alter or change my Lease Contract in any way. Flats on 12 management and its representatives fraudulently and unilaterally altered and falsified my lease contract, and they did so through the photo copy of my lease contract with them. A business that is dishonest at the beginning will be dishonest at the end. This is the main reason why I moved out of Flats on 12. Please see Revdex.com case ID#: [redacted], you will see my altered lease and the genuine one. Go and read reviews about Flats on 12 on the internet, you will know the management is dishonest.      Secondly, picture # 1 is not inside the apartment because Flats on 12 manager had told me I left the apartment nasty without cleaning. Does the door have to be cleaned or the sticker should be removed totally? I can come and take out the little part left if Flats on 12 want me to, I cannot pay $125.00 for this.        Thirdly, picture # 2, the refrigerator and the stove on the dining room carpet was moved there by the manager of Flats on 12, for reason best known to her, and the stuff on the rug she put them there because I cleaned the rug and there was nothing on the floor before I moved out. The manager of Flats on 12 stage managed this, this is pure evil.      Fourth of all, picture # 3, the stove was properly cleaned inside and outside and it is working fine. If Flats on 12 manager said it is not clean, then she must have done something to it. I will post a picture for you to see.     Fifth of all, picture # 4 is where the stove was placed. The stove covered or blocked the wall. It was like this when I moved into the apartment five years ago. I did not bother to disturb the former property manager, who is a good woman and truthful to come and clean it, because I felt it is covered from sight view. If you don’t completely take out the stove, you will not know it is like this. So Flats on 12 manager took out the refrigerator first before the stove was moved out. Flats on 12 manager was looking for any and all excuse so that she will not refund me my $75.00 dollars. Too bad.    Sixth of all, picture # 5, this is a shame on Flats on 12.The bath tub is the fake type, made of rubber or plastic which when they are old they cannot look clean even if you wash it with soap and Clorox it will still look like as you see it in the picture, unless it is painted, then it will look like new. This was why Flats on 12 (former owner [redacted] painted the bath tub in order to conceal the old age, stain and the actual wear and tear of the bath tub. So as I take my shower with hot and cold water, the paint peeled off and washed off normally, that is why you see the old age and stain of the bath tub. The old age and stain have been there even before I moved into the apartment and Flats on 12 know this.  I have lived in this apartment from July 1, 2011 to June 15, 2016, that is five years. So you should know that the paint used to paint the bath tub must have washed away and returning to its former look, old age and stained. I will post a picture, look at the top of the bath tub you will know that since water does not touch that area much, the paint used is still there somehow. Can you wash a 1960 Tahoe SUV to be clean and look like new? It is not possible because of the wear and tear. But when you paint it, the wear, tear and stain will be concealed and it will look like new again and with time the wear, tear and stain will appear again because of old age, wear and tear. It is a pity that Flats on 12 manager will bring herself so low because of $75.00 dollars. If she knows she can win in court, she could have took me to court, but since knows she cannot, she resort to desperation and manipulation. The Judge would have seen it clearly.     Finally, her breakdown of the security deposit payment full clean unit outstanding amount are all figments of Flats on 12 management’s imagination of wanting to collect money she did not work for. In my last rent payment with check, I wrote rent payment for June 1st 2016 to June 15th 2016. So if she went there to deduct money because of selfishness, then that is on her.  I attached pictures of apartment 64.I have more pictures and video to add but there is no more space. The picture of the rug I have is on video. As I have reiterated, I cleaned the apartment 64 before I moved out and so therefore I need my security deposit refund of $75.00 back. Thank you.
