We at Flats to Let are very proud of our reputation in the community We follow all guidelines, ethics rules and forms provided by the Texas Board of Realtors.Regarding complaints upon move-in, Mr [redacted] failed to return the prescribed property condition report (10-day period after move-in), so this is the first we have heard of the apartment conditions alleged in his complaint.In all ways, we attempted to deal with Mr [redacted] on an amicable basisFor example, even though he failed to give a full 30-day notice to vacate, we waived any reletting/administrative fee ($300)Unbeknownst to us, Mr [redacted] posted a negative review on Google prior to contacting us regarding any dispute After discussion with our Maintenance personnel , we were about to refund Mr [redacted] ’s $when we received notice of the libelous review Mr [redacted] then verbally threatened legal action Because we have a policy of waiting to hear from an attorney when people threaten us with legal action, we have not communicated with Mr [redacted] since then.If Mr [redacted] would be so kind as to (1) remove the libelous/slanderous posting on Google Business, (2) refrain from any further libelous/slanderous postings and/or tales promulgated to others, and (3) sign a release from his attorney as to any further liability on our part, we will gladly forward the money to him.Thank You for your help!
