Customer receive full refund she dispute the credit card with the credit card company the $was taken from our account so we consider the matter done!!!

Mr [redacted] was booked with us and we cant handle his move because of restriction that he got in his storage facility we explain to him that we found local company in his area to move him he agreed !!!We have been notify by the other moving company that his furniture was all damage and he got broken tv he also despute the credit card that he make payment for the deposit and the actual move !

I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] which I was told is now closed. I did not see the initial response but I would still like to respond to the following claim made by Premier Relocations. They wrote the following: Ms. [redacted] canceled her move on the day of the pickup the driver was late and he inform her that he is on his wayOur cancellation policy is to notify 72 hours before the move date about any changes / cancellation The customer is not entitled to any refund !!! we send our truck and she refuse our services, she also file despute with her credit card company and we will take legal actions against this customer. I did not cancel any services with this company. They were scheduled to come to my home between 9 and 12pm. When they did not come, I first called them right before 12. They then informed me that the driver had a flat and would be there at 3pm. The driver did not come at three; I called them and they informed me that the driver was not coming. I have the phone records to show the repeated calls I made to this company on the moving day. I also can supply witnesses that were aware of my being left stranded by this company. As I found out later through research, broker moving companies typically do this: They give you a relatively low price, ask for a deposit and then when they can't secure a driver for that price; they don't show up. What is fraudulent here is that they did on the day of the move, tell me that they would refund me. Now they have spun the story to accuse me of cancelling. This is not true. that I cancelled. Not only did they take my almost $400 deposit without providing services, because they did not show up I had to extend my lease until I could find replacement movers.They will not seek legal action against me because I did nothing illegal. This company is fraudulent and it is my hope that no one else loses money. I ask that you reconsider closing my complaint and please protect future consumers from this scam. Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You are actually making this up as you go alongThere was never a dispute as to the contents that were to be movedYou sent a representative to my house to take and inventorythe inventory was listed on the contractI told the men when we did the walk through upon there arrival to take only what was on the inventory and anything else would be discussed if there was room and/or timeIn fact, there was a piano listed on the inventory that I made other arrangements for so that wasn't even included in the actual moveYour statement that the inventory "doubled" is beyond ridiculousI would be more then happy for someone from the state to come take pictures of exactly what furniture is in my homeYour company policy may state that you do not disconnect appliances but that was not discussed with meThe washing machine was listed on the inventory so it should have been included that the disconnect was not part of itJust because it is your "company policy" not to disconnect appliances doesn't mean it didn't happen which it in fact didThe only statement of yours that is correct is that the packing materials were not included and I knew there would be a charge of some sort for thatHowever, your charge for packing material was almost $for the first truck loadYou should rethink how you do proposals.Your man was rude and threatening and you should keep better control over your employees as he almost ended up with police involvementThe job wasn't complete days earlierIt was completed over that weekend by myself and my familyYour men came back to move one piece solely because you wanted to get paidYou sent men to move something that needed men and one of your guys injured himselfI wonder if the Department of Labor would be interested in these practicesThe only poor communication was internally at your companyAsk your estimator about the $/ hour I was to be given off because of a football wager we made and I wonI don't believe it to be poor communication as much as I believe it to be an attempt at a shake downYou know the position people are in when moving and you take advantage of itYou should be ashamed of how your company is run and how your employees behavedI need my driveway to be repaired due to the damage from the oil leak in your truck, reimbursement for the plumbing costs and time and energy spent to complete the move which your company was paid forThis issue is not resolved Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:this moving company is lying and playing games and lying, we never received any calls or e- mails, some out of state numbers are calling but we answer and either no one speaks or they hang upI think after days of waiting for muy family's belongings we are waiting to hear from anyone for help against our belongings being stolen from this moving company, my son starts school soon and all his things he need to enroll are in their possession, my wife's important medical papers are also in need, please help us Thank you

Customer was Picked up on February we didn't promised any guaranteed delivery dates by the FMCSA regulations we have up to days to deliver the shipment the customer wasn't ready for delivery and he never mention in the bill of lading when he can receive the shipment .Our driver

customer was in a process of a claim we send all the documentations and received the claim we cant process any claim until the customer will reverse the dispute with the credit card company untill we got the payment in full we will process the claim unless we going to take legal
action against this customer !!!!

Ms. *** *** got estimate on minimum shipment to Las Vegas Nevada it was based on beds and boxes the price was $1343.77On the day of the move when the foremen got to housed she got more then triple of the items that was in the
original quote we open new revised estimate and give her the new price she agreed for the new price and then we load the shipment there wasn't any hidden charges we also move 3 vehicles for this laday as curtsy she was upset because when we got the shipment to Nevada she didnt have a place so she had to rent unit in public storage we never receive any phone calls regards the price if the customer have any claim she more then welcome to contact our claim department . We have been threten by this customer since he said he is a lawyer we cancelled the move our crew felt very intemated by him The customer was very raciecst we have recorded phone converstions with him thats he is uncomfortable because the formen speaks spanish We are

Mr*** * *** was not in the location when we picked up the shipment he never signed on any papers the only person we will discuss this matter its his wife she asked us to not contact him any more and deal only with her because they going threw divorce and again we never deal with

After much stress I wad finally able to come to an agreement anf understanding . they were finally in contact with me and very thoroughly explained it. We have agreed upon a date and hopefully it is honored but for now things habe been resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
I called the business at least 5 times. Once I spoke to David who made a racist comment to me. Twice I spoke to Emma, who was very respectful. Twice someone else took the call but said there is noone to respond at that time.No one once told me, after hearing my issues, to contact the claims department. I will call the business again and try to speak to their claims department but this just seems like a diversion tactic from a bad business.

Ms. [redacted] got full refund by check we do have acopy of the check we send her she also did a charge back with her credit card company so it ended that we pay twice for this job cancellation . We will provide copy of the check that was sent to Ms. [redacted] as soon we will get it from...
