Flaunt Boutique does not take these complaints lightly and definitely would like to get this resolvedAfter reviewing the email correspondence we show that both items were sent using our return labels, which qualifies them both for Store CreditOur return policy is stated on the packing slip received with each package; that if you would like to return an item for a full refund you must mail the item back yourself via your own preferenceBoth packages were sent using our return labelsOn 12/she received one store credit and then I followed up with a refund as well of $(against our policy)So the customer had both to useShe was never refunded for the vest, because she had that Store Credit active through her account with us as well {because she used our return label}Since this complaint I've gone ahead and voided the store credit with us and instead, refunded her for the Vest in full without deducting for using our shipping labelPaypal will send a confirmation of this to her email Happy New Year! Both packages were sent using our return labels. On 12/6 she received one store credit and then I followed up with a refund as well of $28.15 (against our policy). So the customer had both to use. She was never refunded for the vest, because she had that Store Credit active through her account with us as well {because she used our return label}. Since this complaint I've gone ahead and voided the store credit with us and instead, refunded her for the Vest in full without deducting for using our shipping label.
