resolved by a car detail using hot water. and I have the bill of lading signed for her peoples without any other damages.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. On May 1, 2015, I mailed the Flauzino Transport, Inc. a letter notifying them of the damage to the car while in their care along with photos and the estimate.  This letter also contained my contact information and as of this date, June 16, 2015, I have not been contacted by a representative with Flauzino Transport, Inc. in an effort to resolve this issue.  Due to the length of time the oil based fluids remained on the fabric of the convertible top during the time the car was in Flauzino Transport, Inc. care, it permanently stained the material.  The only resolution is to have the convertible top professionally replaced at a cost of $1843.55.
