Met with Rep*** in the Jacksonville, Fl office Had good experience at that time Experience went downhill from there Scheduled a time to have a 10' X 10' shed installed Installers were hrs late arriving and did a sub par job Took me almost weeks of phone calls to Jacksonville office and even called the Panama City office, trips to the office and finally got someone out to look at the job This person spent the next hours trying to correct the problems of the original installers Managed to correct some of the issues but I am still left with a less than satisfactory $shed Never received any follow up from any rep with this company to check on how things are
Guess they got there money and customer service ended there
Contracted with Jacksonville office to build small pump house. Paid $300 down on $500 shed 9/9/2014. That's the last I've been able to get from them. Promised it would be ready 2 or 3 times but nothing happened. Appeared to be Christian based on certain things I've picked up on. Not much of a witness that I've seen based on business dealings. Next steps will be to file a complaint with credit card company and perhaps small claims court. I just want my money back.
