Review: To whom this may concern, I made a purchase of over $260 on December *, 2015 at this store The following day when I was emptying out my bags I realized that one of the jackets I had purchased was not in the bag. I had purchased 2 jacket of the same still different colors each $84.00. I contacted the store via phone to inform them the time of purchase and the problem. The female that answers told me well that cashier and manager for yesterday are not in today you have to call tomorrow. So today I call and Daisy who is the manager states yes I remember you bought those 2 jackets, well as I explained I only received one and not the other she told me they would have to check the inventory. I understand that they aren't going to give me a jacket because I said it wasn't in the bag, but just because you check the inventory doesn't necessarily mean that my jacket was not in the bag to begin with. I asked her to check the cameras because I know that there are cameras facing the cashier. She told me she would, I called back 5 hours later and she told me she would get back to me. I still have yet to receive a response, I feel that when they check those cameras they are going to see it was not placed in my bag and they aren't going to admit to their mistake. So I lost my $84.00 and no jacket! I would either like my money back or the jacket, I did fall in love with it that's why I bought 2 different colors in them.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back or the jacket, I did fall in love with it that's why I bought 2 different colors in them.

Review: To whom it may concern,I purchased a pair of jeans yesterday and when I came home I realized it was unstitched from the back. I went back to flavours the next day to return/ exchange the jeans but the [redacted] of the store accused me of washing and drying the jeans. And even said and I quote,"maybe you were too fat for the jeans so it torn apart from the back". She was extremely rude. I would really like a refund/ or exchange because I really like the jeans.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and Apology from the floor [redacted] for insulting me.
