directly by Flawless Commercial Roofing regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] at Flawless contacted us within the hour of receiving complaint notice.  After promises to come in and fix leaks and gutters, then decided he did not want to do work all together and instead offered to give us a refund which we took him up on his offer.  Needless to say, we are still waiting the REFUND.attached is series of e-mails from/to flawless.

Review: In May, Flawless roofing walked into my place of business and solicited repairs on my warehouse roof. He came and did the job on May [redacted] and was paid in full. Shortly after with the first rain storm, we had leaks. He was called immediately and made an excuse about his daughter being sick. A week or two later another call was made to flawless, again another excuse was made about his mother dying or being sick. Since then many calls have been made for him to come back and check the repairs because the rook still leaks. According to his contract he guaranteed his work for four year at no additional cost. The contract states to notify Flawless of leak and they will send crew members to fix it with 2 to days. It has been months. He hasn't came back to check his repairs but still sends us faxes promoting his business.Desired Settlement: After numerous attempts to make arrangements for him to come back, and all of them be unanswered, I would prefer a refund instead of him repairing the leaks again.

Review: PLAIN AND SIMPLE - SCAMMERS. WE CONTRACTED [redacted] FOR ROOF REPAIRS, CAME IN AND DID PARTIAL JOB STATING PARTS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB WERE ON BACK ORDER AND WOULD COME IN TO FINISH THE JOB THE FOLLOWING WEEK OR SO. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM TO COME BACK TO FINISH WORK WE GAVE UP AND TOLD HIM WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE CHIMNEY CAPS ON OUR OWN AS HE ALWAYS HAD THE EXCUSE OF SELF OR FAMILY ISSUES/SICKNESSES. NEEDLESS TO SAY, PATCHWORK DONE DID NOT SOLVE LEAK PROBLEMS. WITHIN A WEEK WE CONTACTED [redacted] WITH LEAK PROBLEMS WE THOUGHT WERE DUE TO UNINSTALLED CHIMNEY CAPS. FIVE MONTHS LATER ALL LEAKS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE REPAIRED APPEARED AGAIN. WE DECIDED TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE TO COME IN TO INSTALL CHIMNEY CAPS AND HONOR HIS WARRANTY. HE REJECTED TO DO CHIMNEY CAPS SINCE HE WAS NOT PAID FOR THEM, BUT WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE LEAKS AND WARRANTY, HE PROMISED HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WEEK. STILL WAITING!!!! HIS COMPANY HAS THE NERVE TO CONTACT US TO OFFER THEIR SERVICES AND WHEN WE MAKE THEM AWARE THEY ALREADY DID WORK AND NEED WARRANTY HONORED, HIS SECRETARY (SISTER OR WIFE) HANGS UP THE PHONE. AT THIS POINT WE DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES AND RATHER HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. WE JUST WANT OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU MORE AGGRAVATION THAN WHAT YOU STARTED WITH.Desired Settlement: Stop Contacting Me
