On May 9, 2016, I contacted Flawless to come an appraise my car for repair from a hit and run accident that happen on May 7. The car was dropped off at the shop on May 10, the adjuster came and appraised the car to begin the repairs on May 12. Shortly after, the car getting repaired. I was without my car for the month of May and the first week of June. On June 20, I had to give the car back to Flawless for a bad print job (bubbles and fading). He tried to fix it without reprinting it, which made it look even worst. That took another week and half. I was supposed to pick up the car again on June 25, however I received a text message from him stating there was still issues. I demanded it be fixed he then stated it would be another 3 weeks. COMPLETELY unacceptable! He stated in messages that he knew the car was messed up with imperfections when he gave it back to me the second time but he just did not say anything. June 27, he asked to try to fix the car again for 4th time I refused to let him touch the car. After having my adjuster and another shop reappraise my car it seems as if the hood (that was supposed to be brand new) was still dent and paint job was horrible. Now my brand new front bumper keep popping off the hinges. Flawless agreed to pay another shop for the repairs, however the day I was supposed to take the car to the new body shop Flawless contact the body shop and stated he cannot pay the bill, it would put him out of business. CAR IS STILL MESSED UP AND I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. After almost 3 months of allowing him to try to fix the car, I now believe he is not capable of doing so and the damages keep getting worst. I have almost $6000 estimate to have my car repaired back to normal. I will not go back or recommend anyone else to this shop. One good thing out of the deal is he paid for an $80 oil change, but that does not repair the damages done to my car that he was responsible for fixing and purchasing new parts for.Product_Or_Service: Car RepairsDesired SettlementI would like a full refund of my insurance claim for the repairs and the rental car bill or for the new bill at the new shop be paid in full plus money for a rental car. I have requested copies of his invoices for parts, he over a month ago and I still have not received them. I need to see the original invoices to ensure all the parts were purchased brand new, if not I need to be paid for those as well.
