Revdex.com spoke to owner of business, Kate, and the following was relayed: The customer came in to have her hair coloredMy assistant manager spoke with her about what she liked and the process that it would take to get her hair to look like thatShe was informed that it may take multiple appointments
to get the result the same as the pictureShe was going from red hair to silverWhen she was done she said she was happy and hugged my assistant manager who did the workThe customer called weeks later stating it was not what she wantedShe was told at the time of the hair appointment that any problems and she must call within weeksAt weeks the hair is ready for a touch-up, etcThere is no way to know what's been done in weeks to the hair and what's been used in itRegardless, she stated she wanted it fixed at no cost as it was not what she wantedI offered to assist her at the cost of the product, approx$for a $jobI then offered to do at no cost, she agreed to come in, then subsequently changed her mindThere is nothing to refund weeks after the hair appointment and after a good faith effort of no cost was extended
