free touch up (valued at $100) if she completed her touch up within to weeksYou will also see this in the attachment I provided, as well as ***'s signature noting that she understood the terms of this promotion*** is telling the truth when she states that she had a touchup appointment that she canceled due to a snow/ice stormHowever, *** does not tell the truth again when she states that she booked a second touchup appointmentPlease see attached of the history from my website that shows all of the bookings *** has had with my businessYou will notice that she has only had two bookings with my business (1- for the initial service and 2-for the touch up that she canceled)*** also claims that she made an appointment with me for February 18, for her touch up but as shown in the attachment, she never didWhen *** reached out to me via Facebook inquiring if she had her appointment for February 18, I told her that I was out of town and that my schedule had been blocked for that weekend for monthsEven in the text message with her (see attached) when she cancelled her touch up and inquired of my availability to reschedule, I told her I would not be available for another weekend until after February 25, 2017, so how she assumed she booked an appointment with me for February 18, 2017, I'm not sureWhen I asked her to provide an email confirmation, (because my website automatically sends those out when a client books) she could not find an email confirmation (because it never happened)*** also mentions that she had to message me twice (on Facebook) to get a response, I am not always on Facebook however *** had my phone number and email address if she needed to reach meI will not be refunding *** $for a touchup service because she never paid $for the touch of serviceI offered her a promotion in which she did not meet the conditions of the promotion which was for her to get her touch up done in to weeks*** tried to take advantage of the promotional offer outside of the promotional periodLastly, *** has made a claim on my Facebook page that I would like to address now in the event that she decides to respond about this situation*** has claimed that I am using another business' name (Flawless Permanent Cosmetics), which is falseMy business is Flawless Touch Permanent Cosmetics, and has been my legal business name since See attached*** also claims that I "took microblading classes and am not certified by Missouri to offer my microblading services."
