Review: I had made an order on 12/24/2015 for 3 different products to include a tugboat v2 RDA, Smok tank, and an iPV3 Li box mod. What was shipped was an iPV D3 which is $20 cheaper in price. I was told I have to send The D3 box mod back before they will ship the actually property I purchased to me. I understood this and have been e-mailing someone by the name of [redacted]. I keep getting told it's stamps.com and its not their fault when in all actuality it is their fault because if their shipping/Distribution smployee was paying attention this would not have happened. I'm currently on my second week of phone calls and e-mails trying to get this issue resolved. When I call no one answers, when I leave a message no one calls me back, and with e-mails I have literally sat and gone no where from this. I am seeking my property as well as the Juice samples [redacted] promised and I quote "Thank you I will email you the return label. just out a brief note put attention [redacted] and I will send it out with complimentary juice of all the options we have. I already graved the ipv 3LI for you it is in my desk."Desired Settlement: I know I will not recieve a refund as well and thats fine but an appology andmy product that I ordered...an even better box mod than ordered would be greatly appreciated but not required or demanded.

Review: This company falsely advertised a product only having "100 units made, be one of 100 lucky people to won this mod and it's never to be ran/made again". They have made over 500 of these products now and when I called them out on it, they changed the old ad to say "only 100 made thus far, and be one of the first to own this product" to cover up their mistake. I emailed them about the issues and they lied and said that they never said there would only be 100 made. It was a lie because I have photographic proof of the first advertisement that stated there would only be 100 made and never to be ran again and I also have a photo of the cover up ad they changed after I told them I was upset. They have since not responded to any of my emails at all and they called me a liar in one of them too I believe. I have all of the emails saved on my computer as well. They won't respond about how they are going to remedy the situation or sent a response about me sending them photographic proof of their first lie and then the cover up of their false advertisement and fraud. It's just bad business and an unfair sketchy marketing scheme on their part. It's very frustrating because I spent a lot of money on this product thinking it would be a unique and rare item that only 100 people would have as they stated on their ad and the website. I have spent a lot of money purchasing from this company as well and they have lost a customer. I am sure I am not the first person to complain to them about this issue either which is why they covered it up. They have not responded to any emails, never answered their phone when I tried to talk to someone, and never responded to my voicemails either. I think it's fraud, bad business and just an all around bad move on their part. Especially trying to cover it up after I told them that it was false advertisement and fraud. How do I send The Revdex.com the pictures of their lying and the cover up? Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $235 (the cost of the product) mailed to me or $235 credit for the website. They tried to cover this up but I have photographic proof of their lies. $235 is a small amount for all of the time, energy and stress I've spent emailing, calling with no answer this company. It's just bad business.
