Review: On April 10, 2013, I placed an order of $440.76 worth of product from Flax Z Snax Cereals aka [redacted] aka [redacted] aka [redacted] aka [redacted]. They charged that amount to my credit card on that date.I assumed that they would follow the promise of their web site to bill the credit card right before shipment. But after many emails I finally got them to ship half of the order which arrived on May 20, 2013, 40 days after they were paid by my credit card company.They now owe me either half of my order or the remainder of the payment--$220.38.They do not respond to emails and their telephone number is seemingly out of order.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my $220.38I don't have a lot of money and I made this large order because I thought it would be convenient to have a lot of the cereal in my home to minimize reordering and shipping charges.I think that they should remove deceitful claims on their web site about their business practices.
