I am rejecting this response because:
I took ford f to fleet depo transmission I was told free towing and payment options with major repairs ..they diagnosed my transmission and told me that it could b saved with minor repairs but they would have to pull it and it would cost dollars to repair so I said fine .they then called me back and said that it needed a complete overhaul and it would cost dollars I then asked about payment options and that I would have to go threw title max I didn't have the money so I would find a transmission and put it in myself he then told me I would still have to pay the dollars before I took it home I thought that was way out my budget for just pulling transmission out .he then told me if I'd bring transmission that they would install for more so I figured my truck was there already I would do that so I found a transmission I took it over he told me it would work so I left it there said the electric plug it was different but he said he would make it work.I called the next day he told me that transmission was the wrong one that I needed the transmission with white electric connection so I picked the one I took over and took it back to whereality I purchased it they replaced it with the right one they delivered it to fleet depo to install ..fleet depo then installed transmission I drove it home it was leaking transmission fluid from rear seal transmission was slipping I asked fleet what was happening to truck when I drove it home they said they don't warranty transmission cause I purchased it from someone else the transmission it's self cost me dollars fleet depo charger me dollars for labor .my truck would not start are if it did it wouldn't move from park gear so I took a look under truck and noticed my shift cable was rigged with a wire to hold it in place I took it off and purchased a shift cable it still would not get out of park gear unless I would put it in neutral to start so I can drive it to work it was still leaking I parked it home cause it ran horrible .I began to take transmission out myself so I could take it back to where I purchased it luckily they replaced it with no problem ..when I took transmission out I noticed there were bolts missing ,the transmission dip stick bracket was not in place so it was leaking fluid the wire harnesses had been cut and shoved back in housing with some kind of silicone to hold them in place .I called fleet depo to tell them what I discovered wrong with transmission*** and *** were the guys I talked to they said that sounds like I was blaming them for faulty transmissionHe then told me by protocol his mechanic could have done such a thing I then told him by protocol shouldn't u have told me that wires were tampered with before he installed the transmission I took for instalation.he said he would ask his mechanic if he remembers any such thing..I then told him what we're the chances of him admitting to something like that if his job was on the line he said all he could do is ask...so that I called him back next day to c what his mechanic had said ...he told me that mechanic said he would never do something like that ....and If I would have let them do all the work first time instead of bringing transmission in.I told him I couldn't cause of money issues .he told me I get what I payed for.so I told him ...I guess my next step was to report to Revdex.com he said he would let the owner no.herd from him again.I would have never known if I hadn't done the repairs myself.

transmission, at which point we would fine out what the cause of failure would be, when mr [redacted] was notified he was given an list price of what is would cost to rebuild his transmission and this was with a 12 month 12 thousand mile warranty. At which he refused and said he would go with cost effective due to his current financial status , He bought a used unit from a salvage yard and we just charged him labor to swap out his transmissions unit. As for his unit he could probably get another unit under warranty where he bought itMr [redacted] signed an invoice with no warranty implied due the the fact he bought his own unit. I don't see where he would want a refund when he didnt want the unit build with us. this is why we try to tell the customer not to buy used units. We would be more than happy to take a look at his vehicle and see what the problem is. Though is is not under warranty.
