Around the time of March 2016, I entered a contract with online marketing advisors where they promised to remodel my entire website, optimize it, write blogs, create a video, and promised to build customer traffic in my website. They also promised to make as many as I needed updates and modifications to my website until March 2017 and from there on they would charge $50.00 a month to maintain my website. In the contract it promises to do all of this and much more. I paid this company close to $3,000, if not more. The company remodeled my website, created the video, made a few updates and has completely disappeared. Their website, office number, emails no longer work and I am unable to get in contact with this company at all. I've tried searching for this company in all types of ways, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. The company did not meet our contract agreement.

This is a response to the customer complaint ID [redacted] .My business, Fleet Feet Sports Cincinnati has offered group Training Programs for over years in Blue Ash and Oakley Ohio Our groups meet several times a week, offer professional coaching, running tips, membership perks and other fun and educations services throughout each 14-week programEach program has several hundred participants and as many as Because of the size we take extra measures to make sure our groups are very organized, consistent and safe One of those consistencies is punctuality We pride ourselves on being on time with our workouts We respect our participants time and want them to get the most out of their workouts without taking up too much time To that end, our Saturday morning workouts have always begun promptly at 7:00AM This means most participants arrive somewhere between 6:30AM and 6:45AM, our Coaches make announcements at 6:55AM and we are off and running by 7:00AM [redacted] registered to be a participant in our Fall Training Program Since the first week [redacted] seemed to be unhappy with us and everything thing we did He told us he did not like our weekly newsletter content, he was unhappy with the local running races we sponsored (even using offensive language on our social media pages) and most of all was unhappy with the time we begin training on Saturday mornings He told let us know he does not get out of work until 7:00AM on Saturdays and could not be to our store until 7:15AM or 7:30AM Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate his request to hold us the group (or part of the group) until he arrivesWith over people in this fall’s program it would simply not be appropriate for us to make that exception Frankly, we wouldn’t do it for a group half the sizeWe are group training and are unable to make these kinds of of personal requests. After telling *** we could not accommodate him, he spent the next two weeks yelling at our coaches in person, calling our stores and yelling at our staff and even leaving an offensive voicemail on our store phone He messaged our store Facebook page with a barely readable diatribe and insulted our staff, coaches, and business He has also emailed me personally Each time we would calmly explain to him that we could not meet his needs and that maybe we were not the best fit for him Apparently this wasn’t enough so we find out he has contacted the Revdex.com to “report” us.I am happy to give [redacted] a $refund because that is how much he paid to be in the groupHe claims he paid $which is simply not true Frankly, we don’t typically give refunds this long into a program but I am more than happy to refund [redacted] just so that he leaves us alone and more importantly so that we continue to stay in great standings with the Revdex.com In years we have never had such an aggressively (and in our opinion, unwarranted) upset customer. We hope you see the reason and poise in our side of the story and can understand that perhaps [redacted] is a bit misguided.Thank you,FrankFrank D [redacted] Fleet Feet Sports Cincinnatiwww.fleetfeetcincy.comKenwood RdBlue Ash, OH [redacted] Madison RdOakley, OH [redacted]

This is a response to the customer complaint ID [redacted].My business, Fleet Feet Sports Cincinnati has offered group Training Programs for over 15 years in Blue Ash and Oakley Ohio.  Our groups meet several times a week, offer professional coaching, running tips, membership perks and other fun...

and educations services throughout each 14-18 week program. Each program has several hundred participants and as many as 700.  Because of the size we take extra measures to make sure our groups are very organized, consistent and safe.  One of those consistencies is punctuality.  We pride ourselves on being on time with our workouts.  We respect our participants time and want them to get the most out of their workouts without taking up too much time.  To that end, our Saturday morning workouts have always begun promptly at 7:00AM.  This means most participants arrive somewhere between 6:30AM and 6:45AM, our Coaches make announcements at 6:55AM and we are off and running by 7:00AM.  [redacted] registered to be a participant in our Fall Training Program 2017.  Since the first week [redacted] seemed to be unhappy with us and everything thing we did.  He told us he did not like our weekly newsletter content, he was unhappy with the local running races we sponsored (even using offensive language on our social media pages) and most of all was unhappy with the time we begin training on Saturday mornings.  He told let us know he does not get out of work until 7:00AM on Saturdays and could not be to our store until 7:15AM or 7:30AM.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate his request to hold us the group (or part of the group) until he arrives. With over 500 people in this fall’s program it would simply not be appropriate for us to make that exception.  Frankly, we wouldn’t do it for a group half the size. We are group training and are unable to make these kinds of of personal requests. After telling [redacted] we could not accommodate him, he spent the next two weeks yelling at our coaches in person, calling our stores and yelling at our staff and even leaving an offensive voicemail on our store phone.  He messaged our store Facebook page with a barely readable diatribe and insulted our staff, coaches, and business.  He has also emailed me personally.  Each time we would calmly explain to him that we could not meet his needs and that maybe we were not the best fit for him.  Apparently this wasn’t enough so we find out he has contacted the Revdex.com to “report” us.I am happy to give [redacted] a $150 refund because that is how much he paid to be in the group. He claims he paid $175 which is simply not true.  Frankly, we don’t typically give refunds this long into a program but I am more than happy to refund [redacted] just so that he leaves us alone and more importantly so that we continue to stay in great standings with the Revdex.com.  In 16 years we have never had such an aggressively (and in our opinion, unwarranted) upset customer. We hope you see the reason and poise in our side of the story and can understand that perhaps [redacted] is a bit misguided.Thank you,FrankFrank D[redacted]Fleet Feet Sports Cincinnatiwww.fleetfeetcincy.com9525 Kenwood Rd.
