pick up and ordering new lenses.
We take great pride in adjusting and helping out all of our guests. When Mrs. [redacted] came in today [redacted] was under the impression they had a great conversation and resolution to the issue at hand.
Upon leaving today Mrs. [redacted] stated that [redacted] was "awesome" and "thank you" So, this "complaint" certainly comes as a surprise.
Various options were discussed about some driving glasses for her motorcycle as well as about the storm from last night.
We are MORE than willing to work with Mrs. [redacted] and find the best alternative to meet her needs. The frame that was used is no longer in production so unfortunately we are not able to order any parts or pieces for this frame.
We kindly ask for next steps recommended from the Revdex.com - if we are able to connect with Mrs. [redacted] and discuss again different options and best resolve this situation? Or if this serves as a moderator between the 2 parties.
We can do our best to try to have these new lenses cut down to fit into a different frame - however - that part can be tricky. It is best that Mrs. [redacted] come in and we can all have an open conversation.
