I needed a new fan motor for our HVAC I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received The office contacted me with updates on the material order and when the technician was dispatched The technician, Charles , was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient He was careful and respectful of my home He wore booties and asked if he could move some items that were in storage in order to gain easier access to the unit I have used Pipe Wrench several times and have always been pleased The cost is reasonable and the service provided has always been excellent

We called Pipe Wrench Plumbing for a Kitchen drain issue that has been a problem for us over the years Josh and David came to the house on time and immediately identified an issue with a PVC vent which was part of the problem Prior fixes the plumbers only put the snake down the drain and overlooked the PVC under cabinet vent After the new vent was installed, the Pipe Wrench team ran the snake and the result was water draining better than it has in years Thanks to Josh and David for their professionalism and knowledge! Will call Pipe Wrench next time I need Plumbing services
