I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I have been "working" with [redacted] Blake since mid May when I found out that his agency had not canceled my home owners policy back in 2013 like I requested and had been billing National Bank of Commerce for the premiums.  In the three plus months between when I first contacted him about this problem and the time I filed the complaint with you I exchanged numerous phone calls and e mails with him and nothing got resolved.  I rejected his offer that came through you because in my opinion he's had plenty of time to contact me and resolve this issue to my satisfaction and has basically done nothing.  If he wants to issue me a refund for the nearly $1800 that  he owes me for premiums collected in error THEN I'll accept his offer.... until then I am not going to let him off the hook by accepting his offer.
