for Thursday 06-18-2015 to review all the needed repairs to the home and issue

a work order.

Thank You,

Response:

As we discussed with the customer, the work order to

inspect/correct manufacturing issues has been assigned to a contractor. The homeowner

also concerns with the delivery and set-up of their home. Although these issues

would not be corrected by the manufacturer we agreed to check and advice.

Response:

You are scheduled for Fleetwood Homes warranty repair for Thursday, July 16.[redacted]

Review: We Purchased a 2012 Fleetwood Mobile Home (Double Wide) From [redacted] In Morgantown, WV (our permanent location) After having the home installed the floor in the kitchen is "loose" the boards under the Linoleum flooring are loose and are coming through the Linoleum floor. we have contacted fleetwood about this issue within the warranty period. they sent 2 men to our home to take everything out of the kitchen to re-do the floor. about 4 months later its happened AGAIN. we tried contacting fleetwood and the home seller ([redacted]) and NO ONE will call us back at all. I dont feel we are responsible for this issue because it happened within the warranty period and the same issue has happened again. and since then no one has called us back. We have tried for MONTHS and MONTHS to call them. I was told I could file a complaint with Revdex.com and the WV Dept of manufactured housing (labor board) all we want is our floor fixed the right way, its not fair for a customer to have to pay thousands of dollars to have a floor fixed on a 2 year old home. especially since we have had this problem since day 1 of moving in this house. you can not have 2 people walk in the same area at the same time or the boards will come UP and crack the Linoleum floor. EXAMPLE : If I take a glass of water and fill it up.. set it on my Island in my kitchen, and my son who is 180 pounds walks around the island. that water will spill out. the island is on the center of the boards that are broken/not nailed down. I cant even have family in my kitchen on the holidays because the whole floor will shake and move. im waiting for all of us to fall in. we are not over size large people. my 120 pound son makes the floor shake when walking.... this is a very UNSAFE issue. and I find Fleetwood to have horrible quality and customer service!Desired Settlement: Repair/ Check for repairs to have it fixed correctly.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We have not heard from the department of labor. Fleet wood said that they can't do anything for me after 30 days of floor being fixed. They expect me to pay thousands of dollars to rip my floor up and tell them why the people they hired didn't nail my flooring down. They have offered me nothing and it's no ones fault buy fleet woods. Not the Revdex.com and not the we labor board. If they send me the new linoleum for the floor I'll do the job myself but I'm not paying for new linoleum. This house is a joke and so is this company. They got my 90,000 dollars and all I got was a headache. It's sad they won't offer me new linoleum or money towards getting new linoleum

Review: I Purchased a manufactured home from a fleetwood retailer in Rocky Mount Va in October of last year. After about 4 months I notice my flooring was sagging, by the 6th month ther were holes developing under the linoleum in the kitchen, after numerous calls to their service department their plant manager and engineer cam out to "look" at the issue, I was assured they would have someone out in a week or so. After a month a man came and tore up my linoleum cut out a section of flooring, placed another piece of flooring down, made a hasty clean up, tacked my linoleum down and left a mess for me to clean. I now have numerous holes under the linoleum and I feel that the floor is unsafe to walk on, but as I have no choice I am having to tread carefully in my home for fear of falling through. They have had over 6 months to correct the issue and have not made any other attempts to come out and repair the floor.Desired Settlement: I would like my floor in my whole home inspected and repaired as soon as possible.
