Review: I responded to [redacted] Fleming advertisement for tax services. I contacted him, left a message and he returned my call on the same day. After having my first appointment w/ him and giving him a deposit for the work rendered, every time I tried to get in touch with him it would take me calling several times and emailing several times before I got a response. This person advertises that they provide a service to the community, but their lack of professionalism and work ethics is appauling. After I received my taxes, which was late from the original time promised; I was told by Mr. Fleming that I would receive the depreciation numbers that correspond with the depreciation he took on my taxes. The day I was picking up my taxes is when I should have received them, but his wife was waiting for him to pick her up from the subway. I have emailed him for the depreciation report on 3/26, 3/28, 4/,1, 4/15, and 5/14. I have also called him and left messages on his work number and left message on his cell phone. I have never received a phone call back. I am outrage by the lack of professionalism from someone who is advertising that they have a service product. There is NO EXCUSE not to call a customer back who has paid you for a service. I sent this to Revdex.com so others will be aware of the type of service he offers.Desired Settlement: I want the depreciation report for my quick book records that he stated he would give me and for him to show me that the numbers he gave me corresponds to the taxes that he performed. I want it explained to me so that when I go to another tax person, they will have the correct records for my next year taxes.
