In response to the complaint we received a service call from [redacted] on 2-16-stating that his furnace needed worked onHe tried to repair it himself and now needed helpJeff responded to the call within half hourJeff found that it needed a new cad cell and body, new transformer and a new nozzle He installed everything including the new primary he had previously purchasedWhile checking the unit the flame was flickering and it was found to be the fire blanketThe fire blanket needs to be in due to safety hazard and the furnace will not stay running if it isn't in correctlyJeff then talked to [redacted] and she said she would get ahold of [redacted] and let us know what to doBefore leaving he told [redacted] that this would be a separate billShe paid bill of $check ***When Jeff returned to office we called supply house to see the price and availablilty [redacted] approved ordering the part and Jeff told him if he just wanted the part he could put it in himself or he could install it but it was not included in the previous work that was done [redacted] said him wanted Jeff to do the workWe then ordered the part from [redacted] Upon waiting for the part there were phone calls made to [redacted] and [redacted] and messages left (see below) [redacted] was told that the invoice would be given to them when the work for the fire blanket was completed and she said ok thats fine.2-23-Talked to [redacted] letting her know the part still was not received and we have been trying to find out why its not hereSpoke to [redacted] at [redacted] he kept in contact with company sending part (emails are in attachment)2-23-12:22pm spoke with [redacted] letting him know still no part and told him we talked to [redacted] earlier2-23-4:09pm [redacted] called and spoke with Jeff and he told him that we have no control on how long it takes to receive a part once its ordered [redacted] said ti Jeff he could have gotten the fire blanket through someone else and Jeff told him he ordered to exact one for his furnaceHe then complained about having to run electric heaters for a week.Jeff stated that was mad due to how long the part was taking too [redacted] then stated to Jeff he was going to get someone else to finish the job and turn company into the Revdex.com then hung up.PHONE LOG: 2-16- [redacted] for service call 2-16- [redacted] to approve part 2-18-we called [redacted] to update no answer 2-18-we called [redacted] to update no answer 2-18-we called [redacted] to update talked to him 2-19-we called [redacted] phone no answer 2-19-we left message to [redacted] 2-23-spoke to [redacted] about part 2-23-spoke with [redacted] about part 2-23-Jeff spoke with [redacted] conversation aboveFleming's Heating and Air Conditioning went on the call and got the furnace up and running as asked, to see the flame status the other work needed to be completedThe home owner knew that it was not included and did approve the fire blanket being orderedFleming's has no control of how long it takes for a part to come in and its the owner of the homes responsability to keep heat in the home until the part comes in and is installed to have the furnace in safe running order.We as a company feel we did nothing wrong and we kept track of the part (see attached) and kept the home owner updatedwe did all we couldOn the invoiced attached please see that there was no charge for a service call to them which Jeff did as a courtesy to make there bill for the work that was done more affordable.iIf you have any questions please feel free to call us at ###-###-#### thank you and have a good day
