Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar

I was at the Flemings on Scottsdale Rd in Scottsdale for a charity luncheon on April 23rd. The youngest guest was in college, and the oldest guest was 99.
These are the reasons for the low rating:
1-so cold. Everyone was freezing. One lady put napkins on her neck and back. Another lady kept rubbing her arms and legs to create warmth. The waiter said the room would warm up. It never did. Many guests left early.
2-My pasta dish was served to me cold, with dried-out noodles. I did not send it back as I figured it would be microwaved, becoming drier and harder.
3-My friend had to cancel at the last minute. I asked if I could take her lunch in a to-go box, since she paid for it. The first server said to ask another server, the second server said to ask another server! I never did get it.
4-After lunch, one of my tablemates asked for a refill of coffee. About 10 minutes went by, and she never received it. I then asked another server if I could have a cup and said my friend needed a refill. About 10 minutes later, several servers brought out trays of coffee and started serving the tables at the front of the room. Every server ignored our table. About 1/2 hour later, we found a server and asked him to bring our coffees. He did.
5-ALL THE DIRTY PLATES WERE LEFT ON OUR TABLE! I gathered them and made a pile on the empty spot where my friend would have sat.
6-The hostess was patronizing every guest.

I did check the main dining room when I left. Our luncheon was from 11 am to 2 pm. The main dining room had two table.

Don't waste your time, money, and good sense on this restaurant

Original gift cert purchased 12/22/17 for $75 cash at sister restaurant, Casa Bella 391 e. Main St Ventura, CA both owned by jan Schuster. She would not honor certificate because her employee did not do the transaction correctly since their system was down, however, $75 cash was given to purchase a gift certificate. When I tried to use the certificate on 11/23/18, Jan said it was invalid and marker VOID on it because she said it was no good. I am out $75 . no goods were exchanged. When I wrote a review on Yelp regarding my experience she texted me that since I gave her an unkind review she was no longer going to look into this matter.
