Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you for handling this matter so quickly & with such professionalism. I wish to report that this complaint has been...

resolved favorably by aforementioned company.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have both an estimate and an invoice from the company (with the included terms of the contract) addressed to myself ([redacted]). Additionally, I have a warranty from the company that promises "StableLift Foundation Repair will warrant...

workmanship and materials for the life of the foundation. If any settlement occurs in the area of work described, StableLift Foundation repair will, AT NO EXTRA COST TO THE OWNER, correct the defect and make adjustments as required." As stated, the product failed after six months, which does not seem like the lifetime of the foundation. I also have a letter from Mr. [redacted] stating "the foundation of this home is now structurally sound and protected FOR LIFE against all future settlement by the StableLift Lifetime Warranty." As I am the person listed on the contract, and I am the person who paid for the service, it is completely false for him to make these claims. After this guarantee from Mr. [redacted] himself, I finished the repairs on my home. It is after his product failed that the damages occurred. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] claims that I did not respond to him in manner that was directed. However, he claims that he told me to respond to him via certified mail. This was never stated. Mr. [redacted] and I had communicated via email for all of our conversations, so I had no reason to believe that email was not an acceptable form of communication when I sent the information he requested. When he contacted me to inform me of my "error" he gave me less than a week to remedy the situation and threatened litigation if I failed to comply.I also can provide copies of the warranty, letter from Mr. [redacted], the estimate, the invoice, and the emails we sent if needed.Regards,[redacted]

Following the site visit on May 2, 2017 by [redacted], measurements were submitted to engineering and current recommendations were submitted to the customer directly. Upon receipt of these recommendations, Mr. [redacted] called [redacted] & specifically requested [redacted] no longer assist him. He also...

demanded [redacted] call him immediately, which for health reasons was an impossibility. StableLift then proceeded to send Mr. [redacted] onsite in order to take updated measurements. Though Mr. [redacted] worked to accommodate the customers schedule and was very courteous, upon his arrival was treated dismissively by Mrs. [redacted] before being told that other companies had been called in order to proceed forward. StableLift has been more than happy to assist the [redacted]'s. StableLift was not the original contractor of record but is responsible for honoring the warranty. The customer has had a plan to proceed with additional certified specifications and adjustments since June 2017, but StableLift has not received an agreement for services and our representatives have not been accepted as valid authorities on actions forward, though they are in fact top certified personnel. StableLift is happy to contract [redacted] who originally worked on the project to come onsite and create a plan forward. StableLift will contact [redacted], all Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] need to do is contact them as well and set up the site visit. Upon creating the plan forward given the current status of the home, all piers to be adjusted are fully covered by warranty, & any additional piers now recommended will priced with best available discounts that can apply. All StableLift requests is that our team be treated with courtesy as we provide service.  Please let us know how to proceed.Respectfully, StableLift Management
