I had this company repair the tension spring in 2015 for the garage door. This past week, I noticed a screw came out of the wall holding the bracket with the spring and rod for the garage door to go up and down. My handyman noticed the spring was moving to the left over a period of months which caused the door move up and down off centered, applying more pressure to one side of the garage door than the other. I called this company which had a different number on the business card (210-396-3667) on Friday 9/16/16 at 11:39 am. The person I spoke to did not understand and said what I explained to him did not make sense. He asked that I send him my address and he was in the process of making repairs to his vehicle. If he did not come out on Friday, he would come out on Saturday 9/17/16. I sent him my address and pictures of what I was explaining to him on Friday 9/16/16 at 12:16 pm. At the time of submitting this review (Sunday 9/18/16), I have not heard from him, he has not responded to my message, nor has he come to my home to look at and/or repair the damage. Looking at the potential damage, there is a possibility I will need some extensive repair for the garage.
