At this time, I have been contacted directly by Flessas Designs regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Flessas said in their last message to the Revdex.com that they aren't interested in discussing the issue any longer They continue to say things that are untrue like we never sent pictures of the damage At this point, I had the furniture repaired and have moved on They lost me as a client but their attitude makes me believe that they aren't warm and fuzzy when it comes to customer service The message here is buyer beware and that's what people who read Revdex.com site should be aware of In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We received today in the mail the latest response from *** *** regarding her complaintUnfortunately I can think of no way to continue to address this issue, since we have never received documentation of the damage beyond her statementWhen the issue was originally brought up to us last fall, we requested images of the damage, as we always do if someone has concerns about the condition of a pieceNothing corroborating her claims was ever provided to us; either by images, a repair statement, or a reputable third party’s evaluationAdditionally, the dresser purchased was part of what was a four piece suite of furniture; two other pieces of which sold several months prior to Hannah purchasing her dresserWe’ve never received any complaints about their condition from that customer, and the fourth piece is still in our possession and exhibits no such issuesPlease see below for information on the full set of furniture, and current pictures of the piece we still have - the back of which is clearly structurally intact and not “rotting”Given this, I believe our position is exceptionally reasonableHannah was given every opportunity to inspect everything she purchased prior to being charged for it, took possession of all items in her home prior to being charged, and brought her additional issues regarding the lamp shades to my attention prior to being charged (and could easily have sent them back to our store)We unfortunately can not take responsibility for the claimed issues at this late date, and I see no way of resolving her issues with us at this point--*** ***

Flessas denies that the cabinet was damaged when sold. They were unpleasant and defensive. I had to have the cabinet repaired and will neverpurchase from Flessas again

We did not arrange the moving nor pay for it, it was scheduled by your designer. Condition on the waybill clearly states only minor scratches to drawers. Please note as well that you received all items “on approval” and thus certainly you were provided the opportunity to inspect all items prior to payment, and you did in fact send back the oval table which was not approved. Because they were not our movers, I truly cannot take any fault for damage that may have occurred after they left the store.   Regarding the lampshades; again, we do not sell table lamps with shades and descriptions always state that shades are not included and are for demonstration purposes only. I stated this on the phone - once again - prior to final sale.   I am sorry you feel my response lacked warmth, but again, we had zero involvement in the transportation of the piece, we are aware of no such damage existing when it was in the store, and you had numerous opportunities to NOT proceed with purchasing due to any of the issues you list. I did not process your credit card until late in the day July [redacted], after you had all pieces on hand and had been given the chance to approve or decline purchasing the pieces, in your own home.   -- [redacted]

Review: Flessas sells beautiful furniture but buyer beware. Make sure you double check the quality of your purchase. I bought an expensive cabinet from Flessas over the summer. I only looked at the outside of the cabinet which was in good condition. I opened the drawers but I didn't take a drawer out. This was a huge mistake. When I moved the cabinet to my house, my mover discovered that by removing all the drawers the entire cabinet was falling apart. The back of the cabinet was literally falling off and is in need of repair. The response from Flessas was extremely unpleasant and not helpful. It was as if once they sell something, they are finished with the transaction. They don't care about their clients and lack any real customer service skills.Desired Settlement: I would have liked an apology and an offer to repair the cabinet. I believe this can be achieved for under $250.
