This company provided the best customer service! Their salesman came out one day after I requested a bid to measure and look at the job and provided a bid on the spot Because of rain or threat of rain the job had to be rescheduled about times but the salesman either called or texted us daily to keep us informed of the changing schedule.....how refreshing that is these days for a contractor to actually be proactive and informative to the home owner! I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof or any of the other services they provide I can tell you I contacted three other roofing companies to get bids and none of the others even responded to my request to come out and give us a bid Able Roofing had a crew of men that completed the job in just over a day
I hired Able to repair a leak around my chimney on my roof and to replace the flashing around the chimneyThey dismissed my suggestion, allegedly reviewed the flashing and said it needed a sealantThis did not fix the problem, and they were unresponsive after the chimney continued to leak$wasted on an incompetent and dishonest companyFortunately, I found a competent roofer to repair our roof and it has held up to all rains including hurricane HarveyI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com several years ago now and was never contacted by the company or the Revdex.com
