Review: I ordered flowers online on 5/25/2014 from this florist's website for my mom for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered. I called their office several times to inquire about the delivery. I was able to get through to a person 4 days later, who told me the flowers were out for delivery at that time. The flowers were never delivered. I attempted to contact the florist several time after this and received no answer and their voice mail box is constantly full. I disputed with my credit card company to reverse the charge. According to AMEX, Fleur de Lis is not responding to their inquiry and the credit still has not posted to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $50.24 posted to my credit card ASAP. Fleur de Lis should respond to AMEX's inquiry to resolve this matter timely.

Review: Regarding FLEUR DE LIS VINTAGE GARDEN AND BLOOM. Located at [redacted] Street, Ventura, CA and Adhor Lane in Camarillo, CA. My daughter ordered flowers from this company for my birthday on January 9th 2015 to be delivered to me in Camarillo that same day. It is now Tuesday January 13 and still no flowers. They took the money from her bank account. We have tried to get hold of these people numerous times by phone and by driving to their business. The phone goes direct to a full mailbox and their shop is closed. They have ignored e mails that we have sent to them asking what happened. They even had the nerve to send my daughter a confirmation email telling her they had delivered the flowers. This company is despicable. They need to be investigated by someone who can stop this happening. People like this need to be put out of business. They need their license taken away.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation of why no flowers were delivered. Why emails were not returned and a full refund of money made to my daughter. And an apology.

Review: I have never had to write a complaint about any establishment ever. Fleur De Lis has charged me with a service that they did not deliver yet claim they did. I ordered flowers from their website, the flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered Aug 16th, the person I had them deliver it too DID NOT receive them. I think that the obvious avoidance of contact with me regarding this order is the most upsetting part. I have called literally about 25 times, emailed and texted. I have had one voicemail and one text message, neither of which answered any questions or had solutions.The text was actually irritated and never responded. I know they empty out their voicemail's and have yet to respond. They charged my credit card with delivery, yet did not deliver the flowers I ordered. I have an out of state number so I am easy to avoid. Please reprimand this company for their bad/terrible customer service and lack of communication with clientele. I still have a charge on my card with no service rendered.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card ASAP
