I originally went ot MrsN*** house to quote her an estimate for the work that she needed doneMy original quote was $which she said was too muchIt was a good price but I decided we would do the job for $550.00, to which she agreedI explained what work "might" be needed as part
of the job that she wanted us to doI told her I would be sending her two of my guys to complete this workI told her it could take the better part of the day to complete this work, all of which I told her in gold faith, not knowing beforehand what would actually happen once my guys arrived to complete the work.My people arrive at the appointed timeBefore the work comenced, my technician fillout a work agreement for the amount of $As his handwritting is a little hard to read I will transcribe the written text under "specific work to be performed...";" Remove countertop and cabinet for inactive water heater removal @ kitchen; Range cabinet and cabinet adjacent (left of dishwasher)Range removal - cap off 220v per code for temp til re-install.My technicians completed the work that was contractedThey were able to complete the work a different way than I have on my previous visit with MrsN***The work was completed in less time than I expectedNonetheless, my pricing and agreement are not predicated on these factors.Our service agreement is clearUnless MrsN*** is disputing that we didn't perform the work stated on her service agreement, (which she cannot because it was completed), it is my feeling that she doesn't have a valid complaint and this action of her's should be dismissed
