This company has been contacting our office requesting medical records on a patient When we spoke to them, we stated that they needed to fax the information being requested and we would check it out and get back to them They mailed the request to our office which is requesting medical records without a patient signature request (HIPAA Violation) We will NOT be fulfilling the request as this is not a forthcoming business to deal with
