I had a contract with this company through my former employer. It states in the membership agreement that if you move 25 miles or more away from any of their clubs that you can cancel your membership. I submitted the proper forms and my membership was cancelled. I then received a call from the club telling me that I had no right to cancel this membership because my former employer had paid for the membership. My former employer did not pay this membership in full, she was making monthly payments and it was being deducted from my check for the amount due.
