Flex Mussels

Review: On July ** we had a reservation for 4 people at Flex Mussels restaurant. When I called to make a reservation 2 days prior no one gave us any restrictions in timing or being incomplete. The gentleman confirmed the time for 6 30 and asked my last name. On ** of July, a few hours before the restaurant I got a phone call from one of the employees who wanted to confirm the reservation. I was not able to pick up that's why the person left a message, where he reminded me that there is a reservation for 6 30 at Flex Mussels. And again, no timing or being incomplete restrictions was left. I have this voice mail recorded. When we arrived at the restaurant we were met by the Director of this branch, [redacted]. It was 3 of us and the 4th person was late for 30 min. [redacted] told us that he won't sit us because there is a restaurant policy not to sit incomplete parties. When I said that no one told us about this policy he said that he won't be able to help us. When we asked to show us the policy he said that THE RESTAURANT DOES NOT HAVE A WRITTEN POLICY. He offered us to wait for the 4 th person and than if we would BE LUCKY he would sit us. When we said that we do not want to wait for the 4th person, that we made a reservation and we should be served, he said that in this case we should be OFF THE TABLE BY 8PM because there is another reservation at 8 15. When we asked what if we won't finish eating by 8 since the time was already 7 and it was a family reunion party and we planned to have a good dinner, he said that HE DID NOT CARE. This is BUSINESS and it needs to make money. Than he said that we must leave the restaurant, because he probably realized that we won't be able to finish our dinner by 8 PM. He threatened us that he would call a police, like we were criminals. And when we were leaving the restaurant, I heard him saying [redacted]. I am an American citizen. I attended lots of restaurants, but I never been treated like this in my life. This is shame. This guy thrown us out of the restaurant because we came 3 not 4 and apparently did it due to some nationalism issues he has. This is illegal and an assault to me an my family. After we left I called another location of Flex Mussels and spoke with another "Director" who promised me that somebody should call me within 24 hours to bring the apologies to me and my family. No one did. Please take all the possible actions against this restaurant.
