contacting the patient to advise her of thisOn 5-12-she gave me her personal health insurance info to be filed with AnthemI explained to her that her coverage requires prior authorizationAt this time we Scheduled her a visit to meet these requirements.She was a no call no show for this appointmentHer average cost per appointment that we would bill insurance was approx$per visitAt this time reduced this amount for her to $per visit as a courtesy, which she seemed happy with and agreed verbally to payI may add that this was discussed in my office manager office and not during her actual therapy sessionMy office manager extended every courtesy and genuine concern for her health and financial well being.The patient was sent statements on 5-20-16,6-17-16,and 8-12-I personally called her on 8-22-and left a voice mail requesting she call the office and set up a payment arrangementI advised her she would be turned over to Collections on 8-27-if I did not hear from her.I feel our office has made every effort to assist her with this matter, at this time we are requesting her account be paid in full ($1,015)We will not take any further discounts from her billWe greatly value our A+ rating with Revdex.com.Sincerely,*** ***|Owner, President

The owner outright lied in her responseFirst of all, I called multiple times to speak with her directly and she refused to call me backSecond of all, I told her office when I started that I wanted it to be billable to my health insurance in case the auto did not payThey agreed but then did not give me the necessary evaluation for insurance to pay for my treatmentI did not find this out until I was months into treatmentThere is no excuse for thatI should not be held responsible for their errors
