Review: I ordered a product from Flex Watches on December 10th 2013 they toke out the money from my account on December 12th 2013 and they still have not shipped my order I tried contacting them I emailed them they emailed me back with a tracking number that states that the order has not been even been sent to USPS. They gave me a number that is not even there company number. and the 8oo number they provide don't even work.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because these people are a fraud and have bad customer service.

Hello good afternoon, I had recently filed a complaint in the above complaint number but I received the product today and I was told that if I would receive the product I ordered to send an email to this address and report it.

Review: Ordered a watch one week ago from the time of this complaint. I have received not response to MULTIPLE attempts at inquiring about my order. 7 days later my order sits in "Processing" and I am $50+ short with nothing to show for it, not even any communication.Desired Settlement: I really just want my watch, but I would also like some sort of refund for all of this hassle. It sucks to feel like you got scammed. This has got to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. I want my watch (and extra band) and would also like some sort of reimbursement for all this mess.

The business has contacted me and let me know that they are resolving my issue. In fact, they are shipping my product and issuing a refund for all of the confusion/hassle.

I don't see anywhere I can enter this on the Revdex.com website since it says you are waiting for a response from them.

Ordered the red on black Last Kings watch for my nephew and the pink slim for his younger sister. He absolutely loves it! Shows it off to me every time I come to visit them.
